Yes my name is Rick I used your representative Martin to book a car to be picked up in Fresno calif to be delivered to Star Idaho he was very polite helpful excellent communication he used Mike at B&G Auto Transport and I highly recommend Mike and I highly recommend Martin to deal with at your company and I appreciate the 2-day delivery thank you very much for the service from Martin and Mike

Recommendation:
A prior broker business, that we had used before, failed to come thru for us for over a week of delays and poor communications. So we decided to try Global based on a friend recommendation. Martin was our rep and our car was successfully picked up quickly 2 days after inquiry and delivered on time with an exceptional carrier White Hawk Auto Transport from Indiana to California on the dates as stated. Global/Martin provided excellent responsive communication with us and patience. The carrier used electronic signature and inspection methods upon pickup and delivery and it was smooth and easy and professional all around.

Recommendation:
I reached out to them about getting my car shipped from California to Texas on a Tuesday needing it to get picked up the following week. I was told my car would get picked up that upcoming Monday or Wednesday the latest. I called that following Monday to confirm my car was going to get picked up and Bruce informed me they had me on the list for my car to get picked up. I called Tuesday they said they would call me when they had a ETA. I called Wednesday and they told me they couldn't find anyone. I had to cancel my flight ($480 down the drain) since I needed to drive it out myself due to me starting my new job and needed my car out there. What a waste of time and money definitely wouldn't recommend them.
